I am an honest reviewer. If you ask for reviews, if you claim that you don't mind if I "think your story is terrible" or "please be honest and tell me what you think", then you shouldn't cry when I tell you the truth. ;)
When you only have one consistent reviewer, you might not get the proper feedback you need. Being honest isn't the same as being mean.

Actually I think I don't *really* deserve all the things you've said because I think a review should be done by judging the whole work of a writer, not only the writing.
First of all, I'm not a native English speaker, that's why my language is so "poor". It's sad, but foreign people don't have the capacity to write in English that American or English fans have.
So said, nobody ever told me that what I wrote didn't make sense, I think the sense of what I'm saying is quite easy to understand, I don't really think that my English is *that* bad.
About punctuation mistakes, that probably depends on my native language (Italian) which uses punctuation in a very different way than English, I assure you it's not easy to adapt thoughts in another language.
About the grammar, I assumed a few mistakes would come in the way, I'm just sorry they seem to be so many.
By the way, all my stories have a disclaimer to clarify this fault of mine, you find it in the very first chapter: "I won’t have a beta reader for this, so please, be careful with my English and don’t be too surprised if you find huge mistakes."
If you didn't want to read a fanfic for the pure fun of it but to make a critic review of its language, than you could have at least read the disclaimer and save yourself the effort ;)
And for the characters who seem to be OOC, I don't totally agree. When MP or J are different than what we've seen on tv, I usually explain their changes. I spent many words to put down how they've changed and why. And if you'd read more, you would have had more answers to these changes.
Characters aren't static, IMHO. And actually I've read many fanfics with frigid-bitches-Miss Parkers or psycho-maniac-bastard-Jarods, which I consider being much more OOC than my two MP & J.
Lastly, I don't have a beta reader. I used to, but when stories are that long, it's difficult to bind someone to read and correct all your chapters.
I hope you give another chance to the story, if only to read the development of the plot. Otherwise thanks for the comments anyway :)

You really write the soul, heart, and mind if The Pretender. This time you even included the keepers of the flame.. Catherine, Margaret, and also Thomas. I think that Jarod and Miss Parker's unfinished business is the business of these ghosts, they are invested parties. You even included Parker's home that we know so well and that place has character.
You also had Jarod say he's already home while gazing into Parker's eyes...a nid to Jarod telling her that Thomas said it was her eyes..that her eyes felt like home.
LOVE Jarod's teary confession..so good to see him cry with love for her. I love how Parker is so true to character intimately going over and getting close to thank Jarod ..and that she was really thanking him for giving her for Debbie.
I love the way Jarid cautions her and pulls open his coat, how he says she isn't going to want him bleeding all over the diary, and the entire scene. I love that when she is distraught he averts his eyes out of respect..a d maybe because he can't go to her ... because he thinks it's about him, that she hates him, so he tries not to stare cos he knows that staring will make her angry.
Jarod calls it right in Parker's reluctance to hold on. and reach out...but this time she confesses too and ...omfg I can't even.. she never wanted him to be collateral damage in wars she fought with herself...she apologies without saying the word in ways that only Miss Parker can convey and is so sincere and...omg. π They hug!!! They hug too!! and she clasps him tight and savors his scent....
You are all about the scent aren't you??! wrong tho.
.."laughter filtered in from outside filling lonely rooms with infinite possibilities" ...that is gold, it's fire, it's everything. How are you not writing the Pretender novels ??? and actually .. you know what? This is better. I love every part of this ..omg I'm so weepy. Yeah. 'Soaked in weird tension' is accurate and particularly during that 'are we siblings?' episode. Jarod and the longest pause in the history of television (I don't know this for certain; I don't usually watch tv) and finally every Parker-Jarod shipper expels a collective merciful breath of relief (the breath heard around the world). Jarod avenged his kidnapping and others and then did the very thing he most despised. He did things like that on the tv series too. I like how closely you stay with the series. This feels like home to me. I love this story and these characters.

Girl your storm descriptions and ALL your descriptions are off the chain! I love it. The storm spitting its fury. No one tries to write that well. It's amazeballs! I'm a little bit in love with Jarod now just like my namesake is because he let Cate's fears work themselves out . He's not one of those throw a kid in the river if it's scared of water and can't swim kind of dads and I'm glad. It's like it's more something that they needed than wanted. I have chilll bumps all over my body and my chest felt a weird something flapping its wings inside me. I sobbed a little. Maybe they still don't want to be if I tell a truth about this because my feelings aren't going to change overnight and neither are theirs. Jarod has always guided her and loved her and taught her to question. My namesake had stopped asking hard questions but then her real Daddy escape the Centre and began tormenting her. It's a whole different weird kind of torment now that I think of it. You've turned the whole weird series on its head in the best way. This isn't their fault, everything Jarod mused about religion is the lawd's truth and omg ... tachy in the sheets. That's no lied. I keep thinking how some people need to fed to alligators and right now with children in cages. I think America would stop Mary and Joseph at the border and deport them and have Jesus adopted to some entitled family or sold into human trafficking.
