I'm going to do you the respect of giving you a complete review even tho you don't ask for reviews. It was a stroke of genius to begin in the world outside of the pretender and meve outward to show how our characters get involved. This is my second read through so I know now that the characters were going to get involved one way or the other eventually anyway. I love Brandt, can't help but see Brian Dennahey as the detective and a tall skinny young Benedict Cumberbatch as rookie. Amazing amazing work Mirage.

The post 9/11 world changed so much. of the landscape, in the law enforcement community too and that makes it harder for Jarod too. You write it all so smoothly.

You make me feel sympathy for a character I've never liked.
