I don't mind telling you that the end of the last chapter was terrifying. The dream sequence accomplished and interesting conclusion and resolution.

 A bit out of the ordinary but that is what makes fanfiction fun.

whoa....okaaay, didn't expect that ending. Hmmm, interesting. Please don't wait so long before updating again. Can't wait to read more.

Typical of what I'd expect from Sydney. His own daughter and again he sells her out. Just think if he would have allowed her to help him he could have also helped their relationship.

Poor Sydney. What a choice. Not one he made easily. Looking forward to more.

My problem with this chapter is that Sydney, knowing Parker was his daughter totally ignored her and her "injury" leaving her to face the unknown alone. Then he was jealous of the Major's time with her when he didn't want to even check on her. And Parker brings up the affair rather than hiding the fact that he was her father and knew it when he ignored her. He played the role of Mr. Parker. 

He too spent his daughter for the purchase of Jarod. Parker may act tough but he have all seen how betrayls have left her scarred.  I can see that she may want to eventually come to terms with Sydney, they did have a connection through the years. But! the latest of being traded off and uncared for when it was needed has to be addressed.  Parker would never have let Sydney get off that easy. Not for that one.

That would have compounded the wound already inflicted by the illuison of having mr Parker as a father.

 Up to this point I have been totally into the story, this is the only point I think needs readdressed. Of course this is only my point of view and it is your story. Again you have done a terrific job with it - I just see this last chapter a bit different. 

Parker doesn't give any of herself freely. It comes with a price. Trust. How do you a trust a parent that left you, not knowing your condition except you had no memory to take care of another who had a parent willing to take care of him. I can see him going between the two, but he neglected her.

Please keep writing, for all I know you have addressed this in the next chapter. If it weren't for the fact  I'm a huge Parker fan, I'd probably have ignored that one issue. Please forgive me if I come off too harshly!  and do please finish the story. It is only an opinion of a nonwriter.

It seems as though Sydney has always put Jarod first, in your story he appears not to care about her even when she was obviously unwell.

No, not complaining about your story! just his actions. Your story is a nice adventure, loads of exploring inter relationships under different situations. You showed how we change under the situation we deal with, in order to deal with it. Insightful piece of work.

I hope Parker doesn't make too easy on Sydney, after all he did make Jarod his priority. It was like that in some of the episodes too. Sydney cared, but it never seemed that MP was the priority.

There were many times it seemed that if MP hadn't been as strong as she was she would not have survived the Centre. Jarod in his own strange way was there more than Sydney, in your story that was definitely the case.

Good writing, and interesting story.

I already read this on your other website, and it finished at the 18th chapter (as here now). So I really really want the sequel, it's a great story, and I want to know what would happen with Parker and Jarod.
