I've never seen two people holding on to each other like they are broken and needing each other to stay afloat and alive. It's like it's more something that they needed than wanted. My militant feminist heart thudded for a moment thinking he was mansplaining but no I remember that he does have another side to him and he does love her and he is so sorry about what he did. Girl your storm descriptions and ALL your descriptions are off the chain!  I love it. The storm spitting its fury. No one tries to write that well. It's amazeballs! I'm a little bit in love with Jarod now just like my namesake is because he let Cate's fears work themselves out . I like that Jarod is being so therapisty like with her trying to get her to tell him and not leading her and her comment about quakerylore lol. She doesn't let him control her tho and still goes out for some time by herself and I totes love what she said about her decisions are hers and she will make them even if they are the wrong decisions.
