Kyle got his redemption arc.

He broke out of prison, put a cig out on an innocent cab driver's tongue, terrorized Harriet. I don't mind that he terrorized that abusive dad at the gas station but the rest is bad stuff. But he got a redemption arc and became a hero.

Ethan got his redemption arc.

He planted a bomb and was going to murder hundreds of innocent people celebrating peace. But he still got an redemption arc.

So why not Lyle?

All of the red files are so similar, all trained by the Centre, all deserving of a redemption arc.

But that's just my opinion.
