The Center has had a rogue Agent in the field that compromised his top-level Controler. It is not known any-longer if this controller still lives, as he was a member of the Original pinnacle before it decayed to the triumvirate. All that is known, is that the subject is likely a Canadian, with deep connections to all quarters.  It is reccomended that extreme caution is taken.  Observe from a distance and report to control.
