„What is love?“

Sydney looked from his report to desk where was Jarod working.

„You must concentrate to your work. Now is not time for such questions.“

„But I am already finished and I want to know what love is.“

Sydney walked to Jarod and sit next to him.

„And what exactly do you want to know?“

Jarod started to thinking about that.

„I want to know how you can definite that word and that feeling.“

„You can not tell what exactly love is. That are feelings you have toward other person. You care about that person, miss her when she is not around a have a need to touch her whenever she is.“

„But what mean that you care about someone?“

„You are scared when you do not know where that person is. You want to protect her and made her happy.“

„So, I love you Sydney.“

He did not know what to say. He stand up and went away. And Jarod was sitting at his desk and replying what did he do bad.

Catherine smiled at her daughter. She was brushing her hair.

„Love is a beautiful feeling. When you want be with someone so much that it hurts.“

„But I did want to be hurt.“

„No, no honey. It hurts wonderful and when you are finally with that person you love, it is like you are in heaven.“

„I want to be in heaven. How I figure out that I love somebody?“

„You would know taht. When you meet that person, you would know.“

„I am sure I would.“

Young Miss Parker smiled at her mother in mirror and removed hair-brush.

Now adult Miss Parker looked at very adult Jarod sitting at her bed.

„It is something we never would have.“

But he did not like her answer and reach for her.

He was about to disprove.
