Summary: Author's Note: This is a Roswell/Pretender story. (My two favorite shows.)There has to be another explanation for Future Max disappearing. You and I know that Max could never fall out of love with Liz. Right? Add a little 'Pretender' intervention and, well we'll see what happens. Besides, it will do Jarod good to have a little personal connection with others....
