Have Faith

Faith visits her dreams sometimes; all pure white light and innocence.

Mostly she just sits at the end of the bed and watches over her, waiting for something Parker doesn’t understand or a time in the future. Parker wonders what she’s done to deserve such devotion.

When she nearly dies again, a bullet two inches above the heart, she comes home and cries why me, when does it end, into her pillow.

That night Faith appears, sitting at the end of the bed, and asks: "Do you want it to end?”

The light was blinding; all pure white and innocence.

Finish.
