I am very sorry to have to say, that Trek Princess (Arli) passed away on Monday/Tuesday (depending on your timezone). She was a very dear friend and will be sorely missed. The very last thing she did was post the previous chapter here on Missing Pieces and then died during her sleep that night from causes yet unknown.

I have been friends with Arli many years, we met through a Star Trek forum and I managed to sway her to the way of the Pretender. Kyle was her favourite character and she loved Jeffrey Donovan. As her beta for this story, I know how much she loved it and wanted to get it finished, to tell Kyle's story, feeling he was too underdeveloped in the show. Her brother has asked that I finish it as a tribute to her and I woudl like to honour that request. Just not for a little while as it is too hard to think about right now without getting upset.

For now there will be no more updates for anybody waiting and hopefully we will get this story finished for her.
