RE your author's notes, and I quote "hand-crushing scene" ?? Mirage I'm sure that Jarod wasn't crushing Miss Parker's hand....  But I guess I could see how you'd reach the conclusion. But I guess he was pleading with her and maybe was pressing her hand hard in his. I guess that's the same thing as crushing. It sounds so much worse the way you say it. Brutal truth teller that you are, your way with words is aweispiring. I still believe that you REALLY don't like Jarod. It's amazing how much you don't like Jarod. It's kind of disturbing how much you don't like him. Most women love him. I'm just putting this out there. Over all this is a completely solid chapter, well rounded. Damn but Jarod is mean sometimes. He has been cruel to her in the past and so again I can see how you'd write him in any specific way. You are one of the few fearless authors. You aren't afraid to round him out and flesh him out, showing the darkness and the light, letting the evil out to play as you've said in the past. You do have a tendency to lean towards the darker side of Jarod. Your most riveting work shows Jarod as his absolute worst, the bottom of the spectrum really. I read your other responses to other reviews and see that you haven't met him, and I guess I'm relieved. I was wondering if you'd had a bad experience with either him or just actors in general and especially when you do things like this "famous" people, as if "famous" is a bad thing. But then again you've had some acting experience and you are empathetic, or you say you are anyway. Oh, I don't know. Maybe you're just misunderstood and I'm overanalyzing. You're fantastic  and mysterious. It's intriguing. I wait impatiently for more from you. I wish you would write a honest, serious bio, maybe post a memoir. You're hard to figure out. Know that this means I get more and more curious each day.

Oh, Mirage. So much goodness here. I have a watched tons of The Profiler and I can hear Rachel saying that about Miss Parker. Funguses living in shit and dark is like something Rachel would say. I love how you show Parker cares for Jarod even if she is angry with him. She's going to watch his back. I like that. He can be mean. You remind me of that and then I watch the show again and I'm like 'yep Mirage is right. Jarod CAN be an asshole' lmao. I hate hate hate that Jarod and Rachel are having sex and within Parker's listening range. That is cold. That is LIFE. So touching the way Parker connects with Tess and shares that one thing in common. Keep keeping it real. You do it perfectly. More soon please?

Fact check lol. I'm laughing through my tears. You don't have to worry about facts but that is so cool. But what's more. The way you describe people..Tess, her dad. He's disturbed and just in despair and I can tell by his worrsome, almost defeated it seems "please don't let her out" and Tess. Just crazy amazing Mirage. You bring people alive, to life. They stand up on the page and in Tess's case toddle around and whack the windows and look cute and eager. Her reasoning is the reasoing of child. But her realiazation that people go away and don't come back sometimes no matter how hard we cry for them...that broke my heart wide open. I am still crying.

I sobbed Mirage!! SOBBED! Where does that kind of pain come from that you feel so deeply that you turn around and translate it so vividly to me? Or is that too personal? You've had loss and I think it pours out of you when you're least expecting. I think it makes you write. I don't know what I'm writing. I'm not even sure you realize what you've done to me. Keep doing it. The laughter and tears you bring me are wonderful. I've been saying it for five years. Magic. What you do is magic. Can't give it anything but an all star rating hon.

Lot of things going on here with the communication and implied language between Jarod and Parker. He's got some issues and you know them well and have them outlined concisely. He really can't be alone. WOW. I love Tess, your characters and descriptive work. Just blows me away every time I read you. I really love that Parker is sticking around only to watch Jarod's back. Ive been thinking about this so much. The song that Jarod pulled the cord on is RULE THE WORLD by Peter Cetera...you referenced that song without naming it in Circles Of Hell...and I just put the clues together and finally found the song. It's really good! I love the song now. and the part about the 'sweat and the tears...and "someday when I rule the world, gonna stand by you, love you all I can" GOOD STUFF> and Jarod is supposed to be the chosen one. DO you like the song? Do you like Peter Cetera? I can never tell with you. I just discover Peter Cetera thanks to you. I like 'Do you love me that much' too and it could be a Jarod Parker song "can you find it in your heart.. let me go and give me up...do you love me that much" so sad. I'm totally a fan now. I have to read circles of hell again now. BUT FIRST>.. the song RULE THE WORLD was playing the whole time Jarod was in the hacienda and he didn't pull the plug until after the final "oh don't give up on me" and then silence...but the song is nearly over then anyway. lol. So tell me if like these songs. Great story as always. I bow to you!

The song that was interrupted had to be something by Air Supply only because Jarod joked about the band with the Junkie biker dude in one episode. I think a power ballad would be great and it is a "much older tune" so yeah def. Making love out of nothing at all or something.. "but I'm never gonna make it without you do you really wanna see me crawl" and then Jarod unplugs it. I love that we can decide. I love this fic too. I didn't see any of that coming and wow, to hook Kyle and Miss Parker up is so perfect. I'm glad he's alive. He was killed too soon, BOTH TIMES. If you have to kill him, do it way later please? Keep this coming. I love it. So vivid and beautiful. I can see my characters and look they just like Andrea and Michael.

Mirage thank you so much for this. Your words are so beautiful. I cried reading the notes at the top. You are right there are no words. But there is hope.  There is escape with your writing. The chapter was profound and I love all the Jarod and Miss Parker action. No one not even PretenderSteve and Craig had human trafficking so I hope Jarod and Miss Parker will work together to save those girls before something irrersible happens to them.
