Excellent chapter Miss Shannon! I love that you haven't turned Parker into a pregnant sap - she's a family woman and still has her edge which is so true to character. I'm especially enjoying the parts that are her point of view. Her sassy friends are great too, nice work with the original characters. Can't wait to read more!

I have to agree with nightowl: you can really make your readers feel the emotions of your characters. When I read your chapters I can see and feel what they are feeling. I can easely empathize with them.
I'm like nightowl, I mostely saw/see and cncentraded on Miss Parker's side of things than jarod's. Or maybe I'm to much like Miss Parker...

Your chapters are intense emtionally! I guess I've watched the B parts of the episodes and Parker's side of life way too often. Jarod always seemed to get off well as an escapee than Parker did working there. She may not have been physically tortured but emotionally she was certainly battered and I think you show that in your story. Jarod needs to visit Syd.
You can't write the next chapter soon enough! I can't wait for it. too bad I can only give you a 10.
