This is such a sweet story and a interesting plot.  And while you took more time to develope it then some of your other more recent stories, it is still rushed. 

You're such a good writer and you have interesting plots and story lines but you need to slow down and develope them more fully.  (picture RaChell grabbing and shaking 24 by the shoulders as she yells "Slow down!" )
