yes, I liked it. There aren't enough of new stories to keep me entertained, so when I find one that does, I find I enjoy it even more.

I like the hotel room scene but ignoring Angelo's fate and her not telling Jarod about Angelo is not true to character, IMO.
Angelo was one of their first and closest friends so it should be a very sad and emotional moment for them.
Hope you write a scene about it in a future chapter.
Author's Response: Absolutely! I thought about going into that but decided it needed more emphasis than a brief mention since what was important right then was that they were together again.
