Alright Ladies and Gentlemen, I have decided to help poor Jacs out. She is paying for all of this, the SIM, the Gallery, Missing Pieces for the most part as well as hosting a variety of other sites such as Pretender HeadQuarters, Pretender's Retribution and Vania's Refuge. I am sure there are other little sites as well that she hosts, I just don't know what their names are and where to find them.

The point is, she is paying out of her own pocket so we can have such a fantastic fan-fiction archive and forum as well as other little sites to go too and enjoy, to participate in. She has given us a place to chat with other pretender fans and to make friends as well as hosting the main part of Missing Pieces, which lot of people use on a daily basis. She has given us some where to post our stories with out to many rules, she has given us a place to find old stories we thought were lost. Jacci helped Cassy with the site, then took over the archive to host it on her own site.

I have made a donation to the "Pretender Centre Fund" already and am hoping by posting this, other people will follow suit and lend a helping hand.

It does not have to be a big donation, if everyone offered even just $2 each, it would go a long way to helping her pay for the website and all the little ones she hosts.

I don't want anyone to misunderstand this, it is donations for the site only, and only if you want to. You do not have to, you are not obliged to give her thousands of dollars, as nice as that would be lol, it is just a nice way to help out.

If you do wish to make a donation, go into Members then click O and you will find me under Onisius. Click contact and send me an e-mail to let me know. Alternatively, you can simply e-mail me directly at onisius_8@hotmail.com. With any luck, we get a few donations and it can help fund the site and upgrades, to make it better for everyone.

Shortly there will be a link for paypal for those with a credit card. Please feel free to use it, and if you do, please send me a quick message with how much, and when. I will be keeping track of who donates and how much so there will be an official record in case any confusion happens.

Any help will be appreciated, as Jacci has poured hundreds of hours into the upgrades and coding to keep these sites running for us to use and enjoy. She has spent a lot of her hard earned cash on it and only ever asking for everyone to use and enjoy the wonderful sites she has created for us. Even a little money will go a long way in the maintenance and fees this site and the sister sites.

The fact that these sites are Ad free is a huge bonus for everyone who uses these sites. No ugly flashing Ad's, no annoying pop up Ad's. This is all because Jacci pays everything out of her own pocket, and not the money she would get from letting someone advertise on the sites.

Here is a very little list of what Jacci has to pay each year for the sites.

$10 - per month for the server.
$15 - per year for the domain name.

$135 - per year for the running of all the sites.

$15 - as a once off to upgrade the bandwidth from 20gb to 50gb.

As a way to try and entice you lot into helping out poor Jacci, I have decided to dedicate a piece of the Forum, Missing Pieces archive, or any of the sister sites under your name for one year. (How great is that?? you get your name put up for a WHOLE year, letting everyone know that YOU helped fund the site. You get your name put up so everyone can see it!)

For Example:

I (Onisius) donated $10, which has funded my site, Pretenders Retribution, so thate site for a year is dedicated to myself.

Here is what is available to have your name placed on as recognition of your help. Starting at the highest amount...

$20 - The new upgrade for the gallery in the SIM Forum.
$15 - Missing Pieces Fiction Archive.
$10 - The Pretender Center.
$5 and under - Part of the SIM forum. (More people that do this one, the more people it is dedicated to... after all the forum is pretty big lol)

For every amount stated above someone donates, their name will be placed in specail 'honour' section on the home page of each site, so everyone knows they have helped out. If you donate and do not wish to be mentioned, please advise me before hand so we do not place your name up. Also, these are just the amounts for specail mention. You do NOT need to donate any of the above prices at all.

I would like to thank those who do donate in advance, your help is greatly appricated. I just beleive that Jacci should not have to pay for this all by herself and I am hoping a few others beleive that as well.
